I am deeply saddened by the passing of my dear friend and dynamic human Mark Margolis. You made me laugh, made me cry doubled over with laughter, but more than anything you made me think. Always honest, always true. I will miss you. We made great music together. I am grateful to have had time with you.

I remember when work was sparse, I could go to the mail box and count on a residual check to be there and pull me thru. Compensation for the hard work I had already rendered and its reuse. Those days are long past. I think about all the hand to mouth days that had me realize I am a lifer for the love of our craft. We deserve better! I stand with SAG-AFTRA and WGA. STAND STRONG!

Renewal is essential in the creative arts. Recreating ourselves through our craft to flower anew. Being inspired to change with the times. So must be true for our contractual agreements.
