December 2nd: – 4:30am wake-up -6 hour drive to the Adirondacks -4hr hike -Come back to see GG’s car was broken into it with window fully shattered, my bag stolen -Talk to police -Decide to drive back home another 5 hours same day with no window & 30 degrees (instead of pouring rain next day) 19-hour day, 600 miles driven, and got robbed. Fuckin memorable times with @gregorthegift ! All because Gregor’s pre-requisite to come on the show was for me to hike a mountain with him 😂😂 See you on the pod @gregorthegift to discuss the whole story. LFG

8 exercises to make your triceps look amaze 😳👏. 1) Flat bench DB skull crushers. 2) (rope) cable push downs. 3) dips. 4) incline med ball push ups. 5) close grip BB bench. 6) standing skull crushers. 7) tricep kick backs. 8) body weight skull crushers. ***(These are by FAR the hardest of the bunch. I saw a guy at cedar creek park doing these on a park bench years ago. He was doing them with such ease, I figured they must be something silly. They aren’t.
