Gregor Gillespie Instagram – This morning I felt that I needed to exorcise some demons. This did the trick. *100 lb D-ball, 15 squats. *70 lb D-ball, 15 scoop n throw over shoulder. 14,14. 13,13. 12,12. Etc. down to 1,1. I took breaks as needed. I did not have a set amount of time I rested for, nor did I have a set amount of work in mind that I would finish before taking a break.
