Kian Lawley Instagram – After 30 days, 30 protein shakes, 25+ gallons of water, 65+ meals, 56 eggs & no cheat days, i am finished. I gave myself a month to go hard and not make any excuses. Worked out every day, stuck to a strict diet and powered through all the mental/physical fatigue and bullshit tasteless meals. No alcohol, no soda, no fast food, limited sugar intake & 1 gallon/water daily.
Gained around 4 lbs. of muscle and endless amounts of mental clarity. Getting in the gym and throwing my headphones on, became one of my favorite parts of the day.
First pic is day 1 after breakfast – 168.0 lbs.
2nd pic is day 30 before post-workout shake/meal – 171.6 lbs.
