Rick Remender Instagram – This is how my anxiety operates. This is how I lived my life for over 20 years. Interestingly, it was taking a break from life during Covid that forced me to look at it. The pandemic lockdown functioned as somebody pressing pause on a VCR and I had to look at the grainy footage — a single frame frozen of my life — for years as it was all held on pause. That long examination with no way back on the treadmill made me aware of this aspect of my character, and that I was running myself into the ground. Since then I don’t work nights or weekends. I take tons of trips with the family. And I’ve completely let go of the idea of perfection. It’s made my life and work better. I attached the Fresh Prince’s Summertime to this post because it was what Instagram recommended I do. Who am I to question?
