Seth Bogart Instagram – 10 years ago I went to see Elvira’s show at Knott’s Scary Farm. She did a spoof of one of my friends songs so we got to meet her after the show. Just before we headed backstage I got introduced to a man in a baseball hat. As I was shaking his hand I looked up into his eyes and he said, “I’m Paul.” HOLY SHIT ! It was Pee Wee. He walked backstage with us to see Elvira (his good friend obviously.) I guess he thought we were cool cuz he ended up walking around Knotts Berry Farm with us for a couple hours. We were escorted by a theme park professional and got to skip all the lines. Pee Wee didn’t do any rides or haunted houses, he would just wait at the exits for us- why I do not know!! All my friends commented that he had hot Big Top energy lol. Before he left he stopped us and pointed at a candy store and in a totally Pee Wee voice said, “I know how to get free candy!” And then we went into the candy shop and he asked to sample everything and bought nothing. My hero.
