Ceuse❄️ Definitely colder in May.😂 I’m ready to get stuck back into projecting! At the moment I’m still adapting to the feeling of burning cold fingers, the last two days have been draining But Im finding the hike up to be enjoyable this time. It’s honestly so beautiful here and the climbing is gold! This season my goal is “Le Cadre” 9a 🐒 But I’ll see where things take me.😇

Last session I did the crux sequence 6 times in a row, which consists of about 7 moves total, then a pumpy top. I’m doing the bottom quite easily now. Today I’m back in margalef and I’m really motivated to try to link the bottom with the 7 crux moves.
Is Journey 9a+ or / ?
There’s just not enough accents of the route yet.. but lately I’m starting to feel like it’s definitely harder than víctimas Pérez which is a solid, hard 9a .. so would that make it 9a+? I have no idea what this grade should feel like.. and I’m really not a fan of / grades. 😂 I haven’t given the grade any thought to be honest, all I know is that this route is next level for me, no matter the grade. But I am curious. If you’ve tried journey let me know what you think!

I spent 3 days in the Redbull athlete centre re-learning so many things I thought I knew about my body! I have always had this hip problem , I’ve dealt with it even during some of the best climbing years in my career, I have always brushed it off thinking it was nothing, especially because I could still climb hard.now I have a very clumsy and weak centre of gravity which means everything in climbing! There is still an underlying cause that we don’t know about yet but we do know either way I need to focus on re strengthening . @redbull
