I wanted to feel strong again after giving birth. No calorie counting. No scales. No progress pics. No saying no to things I want to eat. Just me showing up to the gym 3 times a week and @matty_boland ALWAYS making sure I’m enjoying myself.
Also Buddy is obsessed with ‘Manny Gym’ (Matty at the gym) and I love that he sees mama doing her best to stay healthy and strong.
Do whatever makes you feel good in whatever capacity you are able. Chuck out the rest ❤️
