It wasn’t always this way though and it’s not constant toxic positivity. It’s just, my spirit is happy because I am an idealist and remain hopeful even in trying times. I have faith in God and belief in the basic goodness of people. I love this by @brendonburchard : I trained myself to be a happy person. I wasn’t always that way. I trained myself through personal development. Mindset. Goals. Habits. Communication. Emotional regulation. Nothing crazy, just the basics. The wild thing is when you are ALREADY a happy person, you win in most situations and negotiations be you already have the most important thing… You don’t *need*-you’re already fulfilled. Inspiring💫
