After more than 20 years in acting, i have realized that with this job comes a cycled lifestyle: scouting, preparation, shooting, waiting, release, celebration and marketing. Repeat!
It‘s literally a lifestyle of a flower, or more accurately a butterfly growing from its cocoon to the skies🦋back again
As an actor, your mental/emotional state largely fluctuates from when you are cocooning to when you are in the spotlight.⭐️
Therefore to secure longevity and progress in acting careers, one must be mentally ready for these fluctuations and must stay solid enough throughout the cycle.
