Ellen Hancock Instagram - When I was a little kid I used to watch the original Star Wars trilogy on VHS. I preferred the un-remastered version where you could still see all the early special effects. There was something about the searching in Luke Skywalker’s heart… and this over-arching beckoning of good versus evil… the power of the force… it spoke to my little nerd heart. When the Mandalorian came out a few years ago all that excitement came back to me. I watched every episode in season 1 twice without even thinking about it. It captured everything I loved about Star Wars and added a Grogu cherry on top. I was hooked. So when I tell you I almost died when I realized I’d be wearing this body armor… I’m not joking. I keep wanting to say it was a dream come true but to be honest it was beyond my wildest dreams. I can’t wait to tell you more about my experience but for now watch Chapter 22 and look out for meeee. Ellen Hancock Instagram - The second leg of my journey took me to Minneapolis, Green Bay, and Door County to be with family. It was a very meaningful trip and our first chance to grieve some big losses as a family. It felt like the goodbyes I never got to have during the pandemic. That said we had so much to be grateful for and the time together was so special ♥️ I’m so thankful for the new memories. Family is everything. Miss you every single day Grandpa Jim. I still feel your gentle magic everywhere 💖✨ Algoma, Wisconsin
