So proud of her and how she didn’t get home sick. Can’t stop listening to all her stories including how she fixed her own bedsheets and got ready by herself, she said she showered every night too like I said she should. 😅 She came home with colds but the weather has been so crappy I was already expecting it. Kids were also not allowed to call us and there was no screen time which she proudly announced to me when she got home.
Letting go and trusting she’ll be fine wasn’t easy, its quite a process but I know she took home some unforgettable memories and experiences (like catching grasshoppers 😂) and she’s learning to grow into her own through this. Thankful my prayers of protection were heard. 🙏🏼 #Momlife #RaisingAmelie

7.7 ✨ the day after creators and the social media world had a revolution and finally realized how much pressure they have put on each other and how high the bar was raised through HD photos and videos, editing and pre-sets, even our cameras and lenses had standards. Suddenly there was freedom to post whatever again, word vomit, and not make sense all the time, and all this with respect and positivity. Gosh it feels nice to just sit here and type all this and post a photo not taken with my Fuji 35mm lens. A lot of you noticed how it has been a bit slow and also quiet here, its due to me having to deal with some health issues since late last year. I got gaslighted by one of my doctors over here so I suffered a few more months until I finally got a diagnosis in April when I flew to the Philippines. Nothing serious or life threatening but the physical and mental symptoms are exhausting. I did another round of labs last month to check if meds are working. Was also studying for something while all this was happening. 😵💫 So there. I’m consciously trying to stay positive tho and I am thankful for how blessed Amelie and I are. 🥰🥰🥰 Sending love, light, and healing to anyone who might need it. ✨🌝
