I made this video for a few reasons =
1. To prove I actually wear my hair down (lasted 20 minutes before Sky 🤮 in it today)
2. It’s the longest it’s ever been ever in my life, even though I keep texting @alishadobson to come cut it and she won’t 😂
3. I’m a natural wavy / curly mousy blonde so… it’s all a lie
4. I dye my eyebrows every week so you can see them (Hadn’t taken it off yet)
5. I love my @dysonhair airwrap (not an ad)
6. Most importantly… I like to squeeze my side rolls when I’m stressed Self love
I don’t do ads often (if ever tbh) as you all know. But I do when I actually use and love a product.
So my @elvie pumps were ordered months ago before being asked to collab with the brand, whilst half asleep in the middle of the night and man have they changed my world in this time of breastfeeding. I use them everyday. I leave the house wearing them feeling like a 🦸🏻♀️ tbh. People look at me and I’m like “Yep I got 🤖 tits” 😂
I never knew before now how amazing and beautiful but hard and tiring pumping and breast feeding can be on your body, sleep and day to day life. I am a mover, a non sit stiller, a hands on kinda lady.
Being able to whip them out and put them on anywhere and everywhere is a LIFE saver. Shopping, eating out, even at the doctors these things get used everywhere I go. 🥛

It’s not easy because YOU care.
It’s not easy because YOU sacrificed so much physically and mentally to birth your child.
It’s not easy even if YOU didn’t physically birth your child.
It’s not easy because YOU miss your friends.
It’s not easy because YOU need more sleep.
It’s not easy because YOU are an amazing Mum.
It’s ok to admit that sometimes it’s hard.
Some days I don’t even shower and cry ALOT.
And guess what? It’s completely normal.
You are killing it. Whatever your world looks like doing it, you are doing it.
You were made for this. 🤍

At 6 months pregnant I flew from LA to London for a 2 week trip and ended up staying and giving birth here.
I was so bloated and uncomfortable. Luckily I was introduced to @drmariegowrimotha and her insanely talented team of gentle birth practitioners. @pri_ferreira 🫂
I met her and after one treatment I instantly felt lighter, happier and like I could breath again. 💡Grateful and grateful again.
Dr Gowri is a legend in the birthing 🌎 look her up if you have a second. She was the first person to bring water birthing to the UK in the 80’s.
She has been kind enough to create her own massage oils that anyone can use (you don’t have to be pregnant) or they can be used during pre and post natal.
A lot of women I have spoken to about these treatments didn’t know that you can have a gentle massage or gently massage yourself straight after a vaginal child birth and 3 days after a C section, even working around the scar.
It feels amazing. Helps recovery and blood flow and bringing everything back together.
Anyway this isn’t an ad, just showing love and support to these beautiful and caring women who helped me at my lowest and highest points of pregnancy. Down the last few hours before my C section. It was a game changer and I still massage myself now every night even for 5 minutes with these oils. Shout out to my C Section scar. The forever reminder that let my baby boy enter this world. Thank you Dr Pat Obrien 🥹🤍
So if you or someone you know are pregnant (or not and just love massage) This is a useful and helpful love filled gift.
