Today’s @goldfishthefilm story is about my legendary co actor @deepti.naval We all know her charm from 80’s hits like Chashme Badoor and Saath Saath, she is an accomplished painter, writer and director but continues to be fierce and full of life on screen. When I first met her on the set of @goldfishthefilm @deepti.naval was quiet in readings, she would ask the occasional question, mutter the lines so I could barely hear them, and smile at me lovingly. But as soon as the camera was rolling, she was a different person, assertive, full of the confusion and emotional layering of a mother losing her memory, after having lost her husband and not far from losing her daughter. She was full of fire and forgiveness and kept me on my toes during the shoot. She is a wonder to watch on screen.
