This is one of the most commonly asked questions I get about meditation.
If you’ve never meditated before here’s where I suggest you start:
💛start small – 5/10 minutes a day is enough to begin to notice the difference to your mental health
🤍begin by observing the breath. Simply follow the breath as it enters and leaves the body and then invite your breath to slow down
💚the mind will wonder (that’s ok) but keep redirecting for focus back to the breath
Now you’re meditating 🧘🏼♀️
