Maya Stojan Instagram – Yesterday, I got to celebrate the HomeLight Family Living’s 27th Anniversary and Mother’s Day Celebration!
I’m so thankful to The Midnight Mission for inviting me to once again host this beautiful event.
I’m incredibly inspired by all of our honorees, alumni and current participants who show considerable commitment to breaking the cycle of poverty and huge efforts in providing a bright future for their children.
It is a true privilege to be a part of the Midnight Mission family and over the next few months and years, I hope that together, we can do more to help families experiencing homelessness. Because despite false beliefs, most people living in homelessness aren’t choosing this “lifestyle” and they do want help. They deserve our love, respect and acknowledgment.
You don’t know someone’s journey until you’ve heard it, let alone lived it.
