.I ran to the book stall right away, after the session…and was dismayed to find no sign of her books there…it turned out her parcel of books was unfortunately delayed in the courier… so she gave me her personal copy of खिड़की खुलनें के बाद and some sheafs of paper from which she had just read her poem, आघी जगह.. fabulous…of our times and yet timeless…
We women I discover, listening to these poetesses, are amazing beings— brittle yet resilient, deeply emotional yet with an intellectual bandwidth that plummets the depths of the ocean and pierces the sky all at once….yes we are God s very special creation…
