First time in Oia Santorini and I’m blown away by it’s beauty. Trying compression, cryotherapy and red light therapy.
Compression took an hour and got my blood circulating in my legs I even felt my heart beat in my legs!🦵it was super relaxing and it was my favorite. Cryotherapy was FREEZING 🥶 gave me claustrophobia and it was hard to breathe or see anything it felt like I was in a snow storm but I stuck it out and didn’t give up! lol I’m such a baby. It dropped my body temperature from 91 to 50 degrees and felt like frost bite on my knees 😂 I ended with red light therapy which was warm and super relaxing I put in some relaxing music and enjoyed every second of it. I’m def doing all this again
Recently, I’ve been on a wellness journey and I’ve been trying anything and everything related to wellness and health. Not sure what I’m going to try next though. Anyone have any other suggestions? Pls DM me or comment below!
