Polina Pushkareva Instagram – What would I do if I lost everything: my social media account with 1.3 million followers, income, company? ⠀ Let’s imagine I’m back in 2017. I work as a waitress for $2 an hour, I have no goals, but I understand that I want to become successful and achieve something big. ⠀ Here is a step by step plan of what I would really do to become a millionaire and what I would do again if needed: ⠀ 1. Create a social media account. ⠀ Back then I didn’t have an iPhone, but I had an old camera bought for money I earned as a waitress. 2-3 hours a day I was working on socials, combining this activity with my job and university. Then I got 100k followers in 4 months of promotion. Now it would take just 3 weeks. ⠀ 2. 100k followers on socials would already give me the first income. ⠀ I could earn about $10k a month on ads. I would put aside this money: 20% – for content, clothes, attending events, buying an iPhone; 80% – for opening a business and hiring a team. ⠀ 3. Develop the account together with the team up to 1 million followers. ⠀ After that, I would stop doing advertising at all or do it only for a few brands that are interesting personally to me.
