You're trying to chill and enjoy the atmosphere, music, dating, but it's very hard to be in the desert. Wanna share my thoughts after the fest and what I will do next year. 1.Wear only gathered hairstyles and fix them well with hairspray. The wind is fuckingly strong, so the loose hair quickly turns into a nest. 2. Always carry a lipstick with you to quickly fix your makeup. If you can do without any lipstick, it's even better. Plus, dust sticks on the lipstick which is quite unpleasant. 3. Wear cool and not super comfortable outfits for photo shoots in the desert. And it’s better to go to the festival in comfortable clothes, in which you can spend the whole night. 4. The face mask is a must-have. Be sure to take a backpack with you (not just a beautiful handbag) and put into it antihistamines, medicines for stomach and any other pills that you may need. Anything can happen in the desert, and the medical center is not always nearby. 5. Live alone and meet friends at the festival. That's perfect. You can wake up and fall asleep whenever you want, do whatever you want and not adapt to other people's plans. 6. Come to the festival by 7 p.m. Unless, of course, someone you love performs during the day. After 5 hours there you get so tired that you don't enjoy it anymore. And the top artists start performing in the evening. 7. Take a tripod. I took all the photos in this trip myself. I just put the camera and posed as much as I wanted. If content is your priority, take a tripod, set aside one hour and calmly shoot yourself in different locations. Btw, which outfit do you like most of all? Coachella, California

Polina Pushkareva Instagram – The more money, the greater problems?

Many millionaires and billionaires often admit that they suffer from anxiety and depression. Although, you have money for everything you want. What else is required for happiness?

The joke is that money causes problems either for those who don’t have it or for those who do. Money limits the freedom of all people. Just to the various extent.

Someone becomes a hostage of money because he must count every cent. And someone – when he starts to bargain with himself. Go on vacation because you’re already on the verge of burnout, or make more money? Take a day off or spend a couple of hours for working more? Pains of choice that only make your condition worse.

I believe I have very healthy relations with money. But sometimes I also bargain with myself. At such moments, it is important to learn how to slap yourself and remember what you are working for.

It’s unlikely that for having a tidy amount on the banking account it’s great to burn out or hate everything in the world. Although, many people live with this approach. And these people feel guilty about the money they don’t earn or spend on vacation.

Yep, sometimes your vacation will cost you more than going to the cinema. Yep, you may spend much more than you would earn for this time. But having a good rest is an investment in your mental health.

Travels and cool acquaintances are my huge resources. I get new ideas, new power to work and new possibilities. And it’s definitely worth it – to give yourself a chance to reboot and then earn even more.

Everything needs a balance. To get a vacation and accept the fact that this month you earn less means choose yourself and your mental health. And this boosts your motivation to work and act even more. New York, New York
Polina Pushkareva Instagram – If you feel jealous of all these influencers at Coachella:
⠀
don’t
⠀
It is not a fun activity, it is a 24 h/day working day where you have to simulate actually having fun when going from event of one brand to another, changing outfits in a car and stressing out when content doesn’t turn out to be as good as expected or if you don’t have enough time to shoot all the deliverables to a 100 sponsors
⠀
You have freedom to actually enjoy
And it is a flex Coachella, California
