Poppy Delevingne Instagram – I reached out to @shawellness a few weeks ago, after suddenly feeling the need to reset, recharge & rebalance. I spent 6 days at what I can only describe as paradise, learning everything there is to know about nutrition, fitness, well-being & how to de-stress ~ mixed in with all sorts of incredible treatments like reflexology & shirodhara. I couldn’t have done it without two of my besties (detoxing can make you feel quite raw at times) & without all the wonderful staff & therapists who looked after us SO beautifully. I also appreciate how lucky I am to do something as special & as rewarding as this… I can’t thank you enough @shawellness I’m floating my way out of here… 🌿💚🌿
