Folks, there are no words. Got to see @eddieizzard last night in Columbus. The shows was amazing and hilarious. Then, I was lucky enough to get to chat with her for an hour after the show! She has been a hero of mine for over 2 decades. I wouldn’t be as comfortable being myself if she hadn’t shown me how by being comfortable being herself. Thank you For a great show and a great example.

I celebrate the 4th the same way I do everything: A quarter mile at a time.

Cinnamon-brown sugar-chocolate biscuits bites baked in butter. It came to me last night in a dream.

So, two days ago I noticed this white discoloration on the side of Roy, my angelfish. Does anyone know if it is an indication of illness? Stress? Is it marks from another fish? Additional Details: There are no new fish in the aquarium. I did some rearranging of plants and some cleaning that might have caused stress?

Oh shit! Courtney Love is playing a secret show in my neighborhood!

It was so great to get to see @feliciaday at #AwesomeCon this weekend!

Tomatoes: used! Oven dried some and I’m using them (along with garlic and crushed pepper flakes and rosemary) to infuse olive oil! Also, made tomato soup for lunch! Also, salsa! Also, tomato bread! (Note: the tomato bread didn’t turn out how I hoped. Too much moisture in the recipe and I had to over bake it)
