The moment I heard this, there were mixed emotions. Excitement, fear, joy of overcoming my anxiety but there was one thing I couldn’t think of and that’s when a wise friend told me “Go for it, it will make you feel Liberated”. I guess these words were stuck in my head and I decided to go for it. Let me tell you this, I did not and definitely did not think this would be something I needed for myself, but it was the right choice. The moment I took the free fall, my heart felt at a stand still, it felt like life took a milli second interval and it resumed back. Probably that one moment is the highlight of this experience and I could do it once and will do it all over again
