Chrissy Metz Instagram – A double birthday (early for me, belated for @anthony_jch ) celebration in Nashville means we didn’t stop laughing, crying (I was a mess at the symphony; thank you for grabbing tissue for me twice😭), crying laughing, and eating for almost 48 hours straight. Between the incredible opening night of the symphony with @belafleckbanjo, the food, and a cooking class with Derek from @italyfromscratch, my heart is full. I am very grateful for our friendship, including but not pictured all the miscellaneous house help I needed and clearly couldn’t do on my own. 🎉✨🤍🍾🎂
