Makes me stronger? Well it’s subjective. Twenty years back achieving a target related to my health was simpler … easier … quicker …
It’s tougher now but consistency has to overcome this problem eventually. I have finally become commited to my health and I want to do what’s best for me now.
To all the mummies out there… who don’t get time because of the crazy scheduleof kids. I get it. But plzzzz take out fifteen minutes in a day … for urself!

No I don’t encourage gym and weights for kids below 10. But yea I do encourage strength training for kids to get there posture right after all the technology time that ruined our kids posture after covid lockdowns. Jaydon was very keen to learn kickboxing so it was a great opportunity to introduce him to my gym with trainers guiding him for strength training meant for kids his age. Nothing to do with weights. With his own body weight.
