My ‘Baby A’ quintuplet, Ava Lane 🌷 Tonight I was watching you ride your bike, and I couldn’t help but see just how beautiful you are! I look at you often and i have flashbacks to those days in the NICU, wondering for 3 long months if my little 2 lb 4oz baby A would ever be able to come home. 😢
At 3 weeks old you came down with an infection and had to be in isolation within the NICU (and boy oh boy, that made it extra hard for Mommy & Daddy to spend time with you). But little did we know what you were showing us then a bit of your little personality … which was ‘I am high maintenance’ 😂🥰 Ava Lane! You are still the same! You want the red carpet rolled out for you and you are full of ‘princess attitude’ …AND I LOVE YOU FOR IT BC IT IS YOU!! 🥰🥹You were my first baby quintuplet to be born but the last quintuplet to come home bc my little #highmsintenance #princess (you) wanted to soak up as much alone time in your private isolated NICU suite before you came home to a house full of babies 🤣😝 You are so beautiful my baby girl.. and a total Mama’s girl from day 1. 💚Celebrating you this month as a #nicugraduate I LOVE YOU BIG 😘

We had a beautiful day throwing a 👰🏻♀️bridal shower for one of our favorite people, Miss Darby. 💐 I call her “do it all Darby” because she literally c.a.n do whatever is needed and always with a smile on her face. I’m so glad you are in our life Darbs , Busbys love you!!
Thankfully some of the quints soccer game got cancelled and they were able to attend, but Blayke had her first Volleyball tournament today and couldn’t attend. However, she had a little break before the championship game and that made me so happy she chose to come by and see Darby💕 (oh! And they won the championship game!
