Ilfenesh Hadera Instagram – I wish everyone would read this @nytmag article- I was thinking a lot last weekend about peace (see previous post) and happiness and the single most important thing needed to achieve/maintain a peaceful life. Many of you responded that it comes from within and I agree, but that’s so general! What specifically? I kept on coming back to compassion and how crucial it is to living a happy “unbothered” life. Nice to have theory confirmed by the ‘world’s happiest man’ ;) For me, peace can exist without happiness (temporarily) but the other way around…not so much Give a read and pass it on if you can~ swipe for a few things that really resonated.
