This last 3 years has taught me a funny thing about all that. If you are serious about your commitment TO TRUTH and AUTHENTICITY What IS TRUE AND authentic for you WILL change! its aLmost a catch 22! lol I used to take my TRUTH and AUTHENTICITY VERY seriously, And NOW, that life has hurt and healed me so many times … I understand that it’s really all about flexibility. And a willingness to grow, change and flow. Life is ALWYAS teaching us new things. And if we’re open to learn, well… THATS LIVING! I spent 2 months on the island of Kauai ~ and she healed me of so MANY outdated ideas i was holding about myself. I finally understand the word integration. It was as if All of the ways I’d changed were floating AROUND me, i wasn’t able to accept it all … Kauai held me, as I welcomed ME in and became MORE me. GRATEFUL for the being I am always being. In the last quarter of my sojourn, I got to spend some days with these INCREDIBLE specimens that remind me of the power of just BEING.
