Jennie Garth Instagram – We call Whole Foods “Whole Paycheck”🤦🏼‍♀️. It’s true eating healthy can be spensy! 
But sometimes it’s fun to do a run so LET’S GO! 🛒🤑 
Some of my must buy things are:
-Green apples and almond butter (the no sugar kind!)
-Vegan butter (I ❤️ Earth Balance no soy)
-Pumfu made by Foodies *perfect for stir fry protein
-Fresh berries 
-Nectarines (they are amazing right now!)
-Artisan Tropic Cassava Chips *Love these. They’re so crunchy it’s like biting on panes of glass, which for some reason I enjoy?! 
-Good Thins gluten free rice crackers 
-Ithaca Lemon Dill hummus 
-Daiya cheese sticks (no dairy) *i like to wrap with either vegan deli meat or thin roasted turkey slices for a lil snack. 
-Papa Steve’s No Junk Protein Bars *my go to grab for protein before or after a workout. 
-Raw almonds (I like to make my own almond milk) 
-CocoJune Cultured Coconut (it’s like yogurt) 
-Fresh spinach for smoothies 
-Bananas (again for smoothies) 
-Flax seed oil (smoothies😁)
