@Dior kicked off Paris Fashion Week in style yesterday.
Giant screens beaming feminist slogans such as “My body is not a product” made for a powerful set. And on the catwalk the clothes were empowering in their own way, too. Deconstructed shirts shrugged off the shoulder, distressed denim, twists on classic tailoring and sheer skirts worn with flat biker boots gave the sense that this was a collection for a woman ready to take on the world.
