This translucent pvc beaded lapel is a motif that shows up as a collar in one dress design from this collection and as a diagonal detail along the bodice of jumpsuit from this collection. But this translucent pvc detail I believe first appeared in his Spring 1989 Les Atlantes collection. It was more transparent and not beaded in that collection.
