The ease of life is a seriously underestimated emotion,
when your nervous system is calm,
you are sleeping well,
a fit body,
muscle (your only old age companion) is coming to you, conversations are flowing,
people are less annoying 😂
flow state is your state,
you know what I mean.
material things don’t hurt, but these things can’t be bought, they must be earned. the only time I judge a human is based on their health and the lack of muscle. Of course, everyone is in different seasons of life and I’ve been in phases where l’ve worked hard and wasn’t gaining muscle (who am I kidding, I wasn’t working hard enough). But largely, the effort is more important than the outcome.
It’s been a journev and a half and I wouldn’t have it an other way. Blessed with the best people around me in various roles and they are all my guardian angels.
I’ve put together this e-book (link in bio) which you can download, completely free of cost. The only investment it needs is your time.
It’s Monday.
Either you own it or let it own you, the choice is yours.
@shubh__oo1 thank you for the motivation, the laughter, the ease of working out, and this video bhai 😊

It’s been a pleasure and an honour to share space with some brilliant free people in different parts of the world and enjoy this form of self expression – ecstatic dance.
This is a form of dance where humans abandon themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy. It helps enhance spiritual connection and is a no judgement zone, thus shaking off any dense energy our bodies and mind may be holding on to.
To me it’s a age old form where people danced around trees and fire back in time.
I’m grateful to Deepika (@deepikamehtayoga ) for making me go for my first one along with her In Bali, I’ve been in love with this healing modality ever since, finding myself doing it in Orlando and Costa Rica, some of which this content piece has.
But like most things, the best moments I haven’t allowed myself the use of a phone, thank God.
Dance it out. It is one of the best short cuts to happiness.
Wish you the most beautiful weekend,
breathe well,

Organ meats are highly nutritious.
They are particularly rich in B-vitamins, such as vitamin B12 and folate. They are also rich in minerals, including iron, magnesium, selenium and zinc, and important fat-soluble vitamins like vitamins A, D, E and K. They are also an excellent protein source.
@modernnative sorting me out, I don’t always have access to organ meats when I’m travelling or any other reason. Keeps my immunity high, aids in muscle growth, tissue repair and largely over all health.

I have a long way to go, but dayummm I’ve come far. I remember moving into this house many months ago, with it empty and hollow and asking for a lot of work. Being broken, empty, sad, full, myself.. I wasn’t sure if I could take on a project like that. We sat, the house and I, and we spoke. We agreed to heal each other, through thick and thin and all weathers, people and situations.
We both have a come a long way since. It’s been Magical. All of it. We slowly, nail by nail, put each other together. Saw many weathers, Matchu went out in the wild.. these two monkeys entered our lives.. the flooring changed.. and I sent out the furniture, to be changed.
This empty hall reminded me of our early days together, and I sat with it, honouring the journey we’ve had.
It’s taught me everything is dynamic, AND THATS OKAY ! (I’ve moved the furniture around A LOT !)
That nothing is permanent but change.
That if you tend to something, it thrives.
That kindred spirits are my best friends.
That I can care for a chippie (lizard), a far cry from me moving houses because I saw one in my bby house.
That Mother Nature teaches you more than any academic school can.
That I’m more resilient than I thought.
My aunty, who’s seen me as a child came to have tea with me the other day, looked around and said to me, you are my bahadur bacha (strong child)
We finished tea, she left, I came into my room, a sense of realisation washed over me and i cried. Her saying that opened a bottle neck within me.
Magic comes from what is inside you.
It is a part of you.
You can’t weave together a spell you don’t believe in.
You are Magic 🔱

how to use social media the right way. creating boundaries has been the biggest hack for me in all medium. when you decide how someone behaves with you, or how much access any person, thought, situation has on you, you have no one to blame but yourself for any thing.
Hope this helps,

As we dive deeper into the reading game, this is my list for those making friends with their dis-ease, autoimmune or not. Anitas’ was a game changer for me. Lisa could not have been more honest with her words.

“Dying to Be Me” is a transformative book by Anita Moorjani, recounting her near-death experience and subsequent healing from cancer. This profound memoir explores the depths of consciousness, the power of love, and the importance of self-acceptance. Moorjani’s inspiring journey challenges conventional beliefs, offering a fresh perspective on life, death, and the true nature of being. It’s one of my favourites.
“Close to the Bone” is a gripping memoir by Lisa Ray, the acclaimed actress and model. With raw honesty, Ray chronicles her journey through life, from her rise to fame to her battle with cancer. This deeply personal account explores themes of resilience, self-discovery, and finding beauty in the face of adversity, leaving readers inspired and moved. Again, love this one.
“The Ketogenic Solution for Type 1 Diabetes” is a groundbreaking book that explores the potential benefits of a ketogenic diet for managing type 1 diabetes. It presents practical strategies for implementing a low-carb, high-fat lifestyle to regulate blood sugar levels. I keep referring to this as and when.
“Autoimmune Fix” is an empowering book that offers valuable insights into understanding and addressing autoimmune diseases. Authored by renowned physician Dr. Tom O’Bryan, it provides a comprehensive approach to unraveling the complex web of factors contributing to autoimmune conditions. Through practical advice and scientific research, it guides readers toward reclaiming their health and restoring balance.

I’ve consciously gone from easy reads to books that demand more from you.
Books Vol. 3 –
“The Road Less Travelled” is a transformative book by M. Scott Peck, exploring the journey of personal growth and spiritual fulfillment. With profound insights, it urges readers to embrace discipline, face life’s challenges, and develop genuine connections.
“The Biology of Belief” is a groundbreaking book by Dr. Bruce Lipton that explores the profound connection between our thoughts, beliefs, and biology. It challenges the traditional notion that genes control our destiny and highlights the role of our environment and perceptions in shaping our health and well-being. This book is one of my favourites.
“Flow” by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi is a timeless masterpiece on attaining happiness. It unveils the concept of “flow,” a state of complete absorption and focus in an activity, leading to deep satisfaction and joy. There are some beautiful insights to cultivate flow in our lives, and fostering lasting happiness and fulfillment.
“The Forty Rules of Love” by Elif Shafak is a captivating novel that weaves together two parallel stories. It explores the mystical journey of Rumi and his spiritual teacher, Shams, while interlacing with the contemporary tale of Ella, a woman seeking love and meaning in her life. This book speaks of love, spirituality, and the transformative power of relationships. Totally my jam 🙂

This was one of the best afternoons spent. Doing up the place and having the doggos around us.
Sejal and Shraddha have put in their heart and soul for this and it shows in every animal they rescue and aim to give a new lease of life to. They personally nurture each of their fur babies and are extremely passionate about their well-being.
It makes me immensely happy to be associated with them and I hope to do as much as I can for them.
Do whatever you can, but do.
You can reach out to @angelsforanimals.in for any queries.
Thank you,
