Escapism music video, so much heart went into this video, every singleeeee detail, co directed w me and @oatsiris @mikeyrobb1ns , it was freeeeezing cold and late at night but we all kept each other up and laughing I got very sick by the time we had wrapped tho real life 2. This is from the album artwork shoot, starring my beautiful baby sister Katelyn, she was a bit overwhelmed here because the structure we build was very high up and she had to stand there in heels that were too big for her, she was so brave and I’m so proud and grateful for her 3. This is how we created the album intro on the album 😂 we had Pete on the piano and Austin on the mic doing the introduction, we tried to make it feel like a little empty jazz club, we all had bottles we were clinking and we were tryna make the ambience feel as authentic as possible 4. The day before album release, I just remember being so overwhelmed with joy for the entire day that I had finally reached this milestone 😭🥹😭 5. This is from the first leg of my 21st Century blues tour, it just blew my mind how many beautiful people came to celebrate this album with us, and almost every night we had a birthday so happy birthday became part of the set list basically 🥹 6. The evening of the day we created Escapism, I was very hyper active I loved this song so ridiculously much, that’s @j_n_fels laughing in the background, we laughed a whole lot on this week 🤣 7. Me and @paletacalmquality on the evening we wrapped hard out here, just summing up the vibes rlly with the quote of the day 😂 8. Black Mascara rehearsals, choreographed by the incredible Paleta also, so proud of how this video turned out but a lot of downtime and practice went into this seriously my thighs 9. Rehearsing for the thrill is gone recording with exec producer @mikesabath on the guitar, we was figuring out the melodies the day before we went to Jimmy valentines to record it all for real 10.
