Probably mentioned more than it needed to be that how close to my heart this dance is only because it’s “Krishna”. Had an opportunity to perform at the ISKCON (Kondhwa) “Janmashtami Festival” this year (finally) and I could ask for nothing more. 🙇🏻♀️

It’s been so emotionally overwhelming right from the process to now when am posting these glimpses 20 days later… Performing Bharatnatyam gives me a sense of connecting with the divine and more so when I perform about, for Krishna… something that takes over me which can’t be named… maybe some of you resonate ? Am sure you all do…
