The Syrian actress Sawsan Arsheed shares a humanitarian appeal as part of the campaign “Earthquakes know no borders”.
Humanitarian aid is still not reaching the wrecked and damaged areas in Northern Syria.
We are in a race against time, as minutes turn into hours, and hours into days, death toll is rising. Those trapped under the rubble, lose their chance in surviving, as support is still out of reach.
Action is necessary and urgently by the international community, to find air and land routes for the entry of aid, rescue teams, and vehicles.
Earthquakes know no borders, why are borders depriving civilians from their right to be rescued.

لازالت المساعدات الإنسانية لا تصل المناطق المنكوبة في الشمال السوري.
نحن في سباق مع الزمن، فالوقت الذي يمر يزيد أعداد القتلى تحت الحطام في المناطق السورية التي لا يصلها أي دعم، يجب على المجتمع الدولي التحرك فورياً وإيجاد منافذ جوية وبرية لإدخال المساعدات وفرق الإنقاذ والآليات.
الزلازل لا تعرف حدوداً، فهل تحرم الحدود المدنيات والمدنيين من حق النجاة؟
