Today is the 26th birthday of Noa Argamani. She should be celebrating with her friends and family but she is currently held hostage in Gaza. kidnapped by pure evil, while attending a music festival for PEACE. Her last words captured on video as she was taken away on a motorcycle from her also kidnapped boyfriend Avi Natan was: “PLEASE DONT KILL ME”. I spoke with Noa’s father Yaakov yesterday. A heartbreaking conversation. Very few words were exchanged between us with all the tears pouring out.. at this time words are just not enough. Action is needed.. and as fast as possible. We can help Yaakov and all the families of the innocent hostages by sharing their story and keeping their names alive on social media and in the news. Supporting innocent hostages should not be a brave act or controversial. It’s not political. Many of the hostages are children, the elderly and women. I have supported my Arab brothers and sisters publicly many times over the years and will continue to do so. This time it’s my community the Jewish/Israeli community that need support. With over 1200 people massacred in the most unimaginable horrific ways. Some dismembered. Some burned. Some raped.. we cant bring them back. But we can bring back the hostages that are still alive. We MUST. Please help me in supporting: #releasethehostages Dear Noa, bless you and all the other innocent hostages. God willing I will be there with you, your family and friends on your next birthday. 🙏🏽

First time I saw @depechemode I was 13 years old.. It was at The Forum in Los Angeles. My father dropped me off to see them. I bought one ticket and went by myself. Here I am 37 years later , this time with my 13 year old daughter seeing Depeche Mode together at the very same place I saw them the first time. Feeling very blessed to share this moment with my ❤️💛💚 🎶🎵
My @U2 family, thank you.. “Pride, In the name of LOVE” performed last night in honor of the at least 260 kids horrifically murdered while at a music festival for PEACE. I’ve attached a video and photo of one of those kids, Shani Louk taken right before she was brutally killed. Shani’s body was seen in the back of a pick-up truck driven by terrorists She was desecrated and her naked body paraded around in Gaza for the whole world to see what powerful men they are. Her mother has pleaded publicly to please have her daughters body sent back to her in Germany. We will remember you Shani for who you truly were and all the other innocent kids: as Peaceful and full of light.. “Stars of david, they took your life, but they could not take your pride” – U2

Heartbreaking video. #MohsenShekari family in front of their house after the announcement of his execution in Rajayshahr Prison. Today Thursday, December 8 #MohsenShekari 🕊️ was just 23 years old. He was arrested on the third day of October during the Iranian People’s Revolution in Tehran. Revolutionary Court of Tehran, for closing Sattarkhan Street and injuring one of the Basiji agents, sentenced him to death and executed him at a short distance. No court. No jury. Welcome to Iran. The #tIRANical ugly regime. I admire and pray for our Iranian brothers and sisters standing up for their freedom. They are not armed with weapons. They know that if arrested it will likely mean death or a beating or jail. 15 thousand of them jailed since the protests have started. And hundreds of them have been killed. Many women and many children.. The series of protests and civil unrest against the government of Iran began in Tehran on 16 September 2022 as a reaction to the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini, who had been arrested by the Guidance Patrol for wearing an “improper” hijab — in violation of Iran’s mandatory hijab law. Thank you @iraniandiasporacollective for the your help in making sure to these voices are heard. Their stories, their struggles and pain are shared. I pray for their freedom and for #peace #salam #shalom to all. 🙏🏽
🇲🇦 Morocco have become the first African nation to reach a World Cup semi-final!! France 🇫🇷 won today as well. In honor of that, a photo with my favorite French Moroccan: My MOM ❤️💚💛
Terry Hall, the frontman of socially conscious ska band @thespecials has left us. The Specials were a big part of my music journey. “Ghost Town” by The Specials was one of the first 2 alternative music songs I ever heard. The other one was by Soft Cell called “sex dwarf”. Both radically different than anything I had ever heard to that point. The year is 1982/83. It was followed up with “lets go to bed” by the cure , “how soon is now” by the smiths and “people are people” by depeche mode. Etc etc etc. all of it started with “Ghost Town” which drew me in to a whole new world of music which then brought me all of my favorite bands. The Specials was also about a consciousness , a vibe, a community. The Specials, also known as The Special AKA, are an English 2 tone and ska revival band. Anti-racism was intrinsic to the formation of The Specials, in that the band was formed with the goal of integrating black and white members. I noticed in high school some really cool kids Dave and Chris. They considered themselves Mods. The soundtrack for a Mod’s life was Ska music and the kings were The Specials. Dave took me to a few ska clubs.. I fell in love with The Specials debut album also called “the specials”.. songs like “‘message to rudy” “its up to you” “too hot” and my favorite “it doesnt make it alright”… I love every single song on that album. I never got to meet Terry Hall. Bless you Terry 🕊️ Rest in peace 🙏🏽
