The brilliant @zararahim wrote something I’ve been unable articulate: “I’ve seen so much language about babies and children over the last few days; and very little about the teenagers and young people who have full lives, personalities, interests, curiosity, and aspirations. I mourn for them too.” We are not just mourning the loss of human life, but the loss of human dignity. And the dignity to dream.
