“Ugh”
My first 5k (well, any kind of run) in 5 months. I blew my hip doing the marathon in April and have been trying to listen to my body ever since. But after a lot of rest/stretching & cake, today I thought ‘let’s see what happens’. 25.19 minutes later, no pain & knackered but glad I dragged myself out there. 🏃♂️
Whilst in Utah @oliver_phelps & I checked out the Bonneville Salt Flats. Home to the land speed records. Definitely worth going to see and if you can , have a little drive. 🤠
Oliver also dragged us to see the joining point for the first transcontinental telephone line (looknat my excitement)… now I’ve been maybe you won’t have to! 🙄😴
