Lewis Bloor Instagram – THE MONDAY RECAP ☎️: First week with my feet on the ground settling in to the Ibiza Winter. I have been more excited about Winter than I was for the Summer. This past week showed me exactly why 🫶🤝🙌 Here’s a little recap of my past week. My personal & business wins & a special shout-out to a few of my clients 🙏🏼💚🏝️ ⚡️ My first full working week Monday – Friday 8-6 since the start of summer. Massive shout out to @thehub.ibiza for what they have created. Its a melting pot of business leaders with a particular vision for themselves & the world they live in. Couldn’t be more excited to be part of this community. ⚡️ Back teaching my 2 Weekly classes @thehub.ibiza (Tue – HIIT X MOBILITY & Thu – CORE X SPRINTS) had the pleasure of meeting & training a bunch of stone cold killers this week. A treat to meet you all ⚡️ Finalised my Winter accommodation thanks to my friend Pablo. This is real turning point for my journey in Ibiza to have my own, stunning apartment with its own garden in the best possible location for winter. Grateful beyond belief for this one 🙏🏼 ⚡️ LBOC has starts the Quarter of the year with the most number of active clients since I started this business in 2020. ⚡️ Paula dropped 3kg (106-103kg) in her first full week working with me, excited to see where the next 3 months takes us ⚡️ Steph got a 7 day streak for Training, Meals & Habits. This is sensational work and shows me exactly where her head and hear is at with our journey as a team ⚡️ John got his food intolerance test results back and broke down on the phone to me. He was so overwhelmed to have some science and data to look at to understand why he struggles to lose Man Boobd, berry belly & love handles even on “HEALTHY DIETS” – this is solid ground for us to build his programs over the next 3-6 months. Its a pleasure to welcome you on board and appreciate your openness with me ⚡️ 3 new starters last week. All with reviewed, revised, finalised & fully personalised workout, nutrition & habit programmes to get stuck in to this week!
