Lewis Bloor Instagram – What a week it’s been!

I find myself stuck in LDN waiting on my Passport. Its delayed as i’ve lost/had stolen 3 in ten years so what should be a 1 week stop is looking like it could take a little longer.

I’ve definitely realised that the stunning beauty of Ibiza is something we all build a unique relationship with. I feel home there and I look forward to returning as soon as I am able to.

Tbh, I was pretty heartbroken to miss closings with all the amazing gorgeous people I met this summer. Old friends & new – you know who you are 🫶

Having said that, I’ve had some amazing things happen in my personal life and with the LBOC APP.

Here’s a quick run down from my past week & what I got up to & some of my client wins:

⚡️ Podcast with @willersfitness

⚡️ Seeing so many old friends and warm faces from Ibz & Ldn

⚡️ On boarding my record number of clients in the space of 1 week

⚡️ Hitting my all time record for number of clients active on the LBOC APP

⚡️ Client Sarah hitting 10kg FAT LOSS since Joining in July

⚡️Client Josh hitting a 5k PB when 6 weeks ago he couldnt run 1km with out stopping

⚡️ Had the best Bacon, Egg & Cheese ever @eggbreak_ldn

⚡️ Hung out with my Dad in East Londons Vicky Park

⚡️ Finally got my hands on Robert Greenes books

⚡️ Hit some classes at LIFT, BLOCK, 1 REBEL & BARRYS

⚡️ Got some proper banging food at Broadway Market

⚡️ Night out at Casa De Samba – shout to @eniz_menendez & @lani_jm for the hook up and a vibey set.

⚡️ Was working Friday Afternoon in Cafe Boheme and these Jazz Boys just set up started SHELLING

Not every week we find our selves in ideal situations. But in each day there is an oppurtunity to move closer towards your goals or further away. Once you lock in on those small effective steps towards who you want to be – AND THEN BUILD SOME MOMENTUM – it wont be long until you can quietly smile to yourself knowing that despite everything that goes on around you in this complex world – you are building and growing the life YOU WANT.

The treasures of life are all around you, but they only come in to focus when you are proud of who you are in this moment.

First week with my feet on the ground settling in to the Ibiza Winter. I have been more excited about Winter than I was for the Summer. This past week showed me exactly why 🫶🤝🙌

Here’s a little recap of my past week. My personal & business wins & a special shout-out to a few of my clients 🙏🏼💚🏝️

⚡️ My first full working week Monday – Friday 8-6 since the start of summer. Massive shout out to @thehub.ibiza for what they have created. Its a melting pot of business leaders with a particular vision for themselves & the world they live in. Couldn’t be more excited to be part of this community.

⚡️ Back teaching my 2 Weekly classes @thehub.ibiza (Tue – HIIT X MOBILITY & Thu – CORE X SPRINTS) had the pleasure of meeting & training a bunch of stone cold killers this week. A treat to meet you all

⚡️ Finalised my Winter accommodation thanks to my friend Pablo. This is real turning point for my journey in Ibiza to have my own, stunning apartment with its own garden in the best possible location for winter. Grateful beyond belief for this one 🙏🏼

⚡️ LBOC has starts the Quarter of the year with the most number of active clients since I started this business in 2020.

⚡️ Paula dropped 3kg (106-103kg) in her first full week working with me, excited to see where the next 3 months takes us

⚡️ Steph got a 7 day streak for Training, Meals & Habits. This is sensational work and shows me exactly where her head and hear is at with our journey as a team

⚡️ John got his food intolerance test results back and broke down on the phone to me. He was so overwhelmed to have some science and data to look at to understand why he struggles to lose Man Boobd, berry belly & love handles even on “HEALTHY DIETS” – this is solid ground for us to build his programs over the next 3-6 months. Its a pleasure to welcome you on board and appreciate your openness with me

⚡️ 3 new starters last week. All with reviewed, revised, finalised & fully personalised workout, nutrition & habit programmes to get stuck in to this week!

Couldn’t be happier with my life, my connections, my contributions & my business at this moment in time.
