📍 Hunstville, Alabama.
Little photo dump of the last few days in Huntsville which were my favourite days out here. Hunstville is classed as the second best place to live in the United States, and is located the Appalachian region of northan Alabama.
Making memories to last a lifetime and moments that I will always cherish. Travelling around Alabama has been one of my favourite trips so far. Let me tell you a little more about what we got up to:
📍 Little River Canyon. We took the scenic route to Little River Canyon and I’m so glad we did this as the views were absolutely breathtaking. Driving along the winding road to the waterfall we stopped and took a short walk from the car to the top of the falls. With the sunlight shining down on the glistening water we were mesmerised, it was truly spectacular. I was of course in my natural element with butterflies fluttering by, birds singing in the trees and the water falling below us into a natural pool. Walking down to the bottom of the falls the water was so inviting and the weather was so warm that we couldn’t resist a dip. The hike was a little difficult and inclined so caution and care are advised, but reaching the bottom we were so glad we did it and dived and swam in the clear blue water. This was the first waterfall that I’ve ever been under and it had such an amazing energy that I closed my eyes and made a wish!
After our swim we hiked back up and watched the most beautiful golden sunset with the sun slowly sinking behind the trees. Such a perfect way to end the day.
📍 Botanical Gardens.
Getting lost in these gardens was heaven for me, the smells…the wildlife..the different plants.. it was true bliss.
This place was my other favourite place when visiting Alabama, we watched the sun go down over the huge gardens and it was something that will stay with me forever. 🇺🇸

Returning home from the most memorable road trip and reflecting on all the memories we’ve made really does make me feel so grateful that there’s a big beautiful world out waiting to be explored!
It was so easy to tour around Alabama in a car and visit every location we’d dreamed of in such a short amount of time. We were only there for 5 days, but with a bit of planning and research we were able to pack in everything we wanted to see and even tick some things off our bucket list.
Truly a trip of a lifetime and one I’ll never forget; dancing in the sunset, immersing ourselves in nature, epic landmarks, eating great food and just being lost in happiness! Thank you Alabama, you have my heart 🇺🇸

Losing myself in nature and wildlife in Hunstville, Alabama 🌲🦋
This place is magical with the amount of natural beauty there is to explore here.
📍Hunstville Botanicle Gardens is open all year round and contains a diverse ecosystem to explore with 118 acres. This place is full of adventure with all the different areas they have to offer, as you walk through the gardens with so many different scenes, full of earthy colours to make you feel at ease in pure relaxation. No wonder this place is ranked third on the list of Alabamas top tourist attractions.
📍 Little River Canyon National Preserve is full of beautiful waterfalls, breath taking views overlooking the Canyon, wood trails and the most perfect picnic spots. This place has something to offer to everyone with its outstanding beauty and wildlife.
Highlighting these two spots in Hunstville Alabama as they were my favourite days out from the trip, and it’s something that will stay with me forever. 🌲🦋 🇺🇸
