Farmer extraordinaire Keenan brought us tender beets and fragrant purple shiso to add to this light and refreshing style, and we’re so impressed by the end result: it’s delicate, herbal, spritzy, easy to pair with food, and so unique. ✨
The flavours worked well together. The humans worked well together! Loosey Goosey is a culinary adventure of fresh produce, fermentation, and teamwork. 🤝
