Max Riemelt Instagram – Max Riemelt stars in #Netflix production “Sleeping Dogs”
Directed by Stephan Lacant and Francis Meletzky, Max Riemelt is shooting the six-parter “Sleeping Dogs” in one of the leading roles – alongside @luisevonfinckh, Carlo Ljubek, @peribaumeister, Antonio Wannek and Melodie Wakivuamina (@melodie_dinah), among others.
“Sleeping Dogs” (book: Christoph Darnstädt) is an adaptation of the original Israeli series “The Exchange Principle”. It focuses on a fallen top cop, Mike Atlas, who reopens a closed murder file together with an aspiring young state prosecutor, Jule Andergast. Both have quite different reasons for this, but the consequence is the same: They are faced with the greatest danger. It seems as if they have opened Pandora’s box, because a huge conspiracy of police and justice is looming. Is it all connected to a terrorist attack that shook the city a year and a half ago?
