For Now I Am Winter, 10th anniversary remaster – out November 24 I rarely take the time to look back but 10 years ago, For Now I Am Winter, marked a lot of firsts for me. First time writing with a vocalist (@arnordan ❤️), first album on a new label, first time writing for an orchestra. It was a really ambitious record for me that found a lot of new ears and was the seed of many ideas that have since become cornerstones in my life and music. 10 years is a long time, but still feels so very short. I was a different person then, but then again not really. The world certainly is different, but the ideas and emotion poured into this record feel unchanged. Spring still comes after winter.
