Russell Simmons Instagram – In The most famous Yogic Scripture “THE BHAGAVAD GITA” Arjuna must save the kingdom from an unjust king . (his uncle ) He is called by his own mother to free the kingdom… Lord Krishna is his chariot driver and before the trumpets blow and the battle begins Krishna teaches Arjuna yogic science He tells Arjuna that he will love him even if he only meditates …but his greatest service is to act as a warrior it is his duty (Dharma ) so Arjuna must do battle with his own cousins 🙏🏾 he is instructed to chop their heads off ../the takeaway ./some things in life are not pleasant do them anyway. I often think of this scripture when im in the hot yoga room ..into the fire where i am instructed to keep a calm focused mind while in BATTLE smile and breathe in difficult positions people ❤️ @aokileesimmons
