As simple as this dish is to make so many cut corners on it. The kitchen at E.A.R.L. gets it right though! This is a specialty item, but the owner, @justinfromearl, said it will soon be on the regular menu. This sandwich is a must have. FYI Chicken Parm is my favorite food.

The light always follows this guy.
Last season, Magnum P.I. Producer Kenny Burke and I barely missed any @hawaiibasketball home games. We enjoyed every game, and Kenny would often say I want to do something to get more people out to the stadium. We would say, “There shouldn’t be an empty seat in the house!”
One day, I was in Kenny’s office, and he said, “I’m going to produce a documentary about the UH Men’s Basketball Team.” Just a month or so later, he and a crew were in Japan filming the team for the documentary as they traveled there to play four scrimmages. The whole idea came to life so fast. I saw some of the doc last night at a Booster dinner. Great job to everyone involved. Especially @maddogkbfilms @scottleemason and the Team!
The 1st game on the season schedule starts tonight! Go Bows!
