This is the BEST view in the WORLD!!🤩 Fløya is Svolvær’s local mountain, and this hike in Lofoten Islands was so EPIC😍 It takes around 2 hours to reach the summit and is of moderate level so definitely a must-do activity! And GETTING MORE SUNSHINE keeps your circadian rhythm in balance while boosting serotonin levels. This not only improved by mornings but also drastically made my night’s sleep quality so much better.
