I now have a conversation with that voice and use it as a guide to show me my blind spots and then I problem solve. I use my climbing My Kilimanjaro as an example. Let me tell you my voice have a lot to say but I talked with it and was able to use its feedback to come up with solutions which led me to be in the best shape of my life and also successfully summit Mt Kilimanjaro. Since my luggage didn’t make my connecting flight, I just roamed around the city slowly making my way towards the hotel. -I came across a bookstore that was also a museum. -Read a beautiful poem by Brian Catling -saw Vanya @dukeofyorksldn with the incredible #AndrewScott playing all the characters -had a donut and hot chocolate @donutelier -and then had a chance to say hello to the man himself with his body guard photobombing lol.
