A look through the years…

My Good Thing, I love how no matter the situation, season or circumstance within this union, we point each other to God and his word. You encourage me to pursue God in every aspect and I’m grateful because those that delight in God’s word are “like a tree planted by streams of water, that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither.” There’s something special about knowing that the person who knows you better than anyone, and has walked with you through the ups and downs of life, also loves you unconditionally.
Tim Keller wrote, “To be loved but not known is comforting but superficial. To be known and not loved is our greatest fear. But to be fully known and truly loved is, well, a lot like being loved by God. It is what we need more than anything. It liberates us from pretense, humbles us out of our self-righteousness, and fortifies us for any difficulty life can throw at us.”

And she actually talked to me!! 😆
Her songs and her worship sets have impacted my life so much. I still remember the first time I heard her cover of SO WILL I, I cried and listened to it over and over for days…. Same with Pieces…
She has a way of worshipping that makes you see the beauty and worthiness of Jesus! I can’t quite explain it, but it’s powerful. Thank you Amanda for leading us so many times and so well 🙂
