To be completely honest, I feel pretty bad about myself A LOT. However, the age old cliché holds true: Life is what you make of it.
My confidence has been a work in progress over the course of 17 years. I personally believe that in order to achieve our desired life outcomes, we must consistently step outside our comfort zones. It’s far from easy; in fact, it’s incredibly challenging. Nevertheless, our choices and actions play a pivotal role in shaping our futures. Therefore, given my goals and aspirations, I choose to confront my anxieties head on.
Recognizing that I possess the power to acknowledge and nurture my self-worth, I opt to embrace the risks I undertake. This, in turn, manifests as confidence. My personal growth is an ongoing journey, and some days are undeniably tougher than others. Nevertheless, I know precisely what I want, which fuels my determination to continuously learn and pursue growth.
